Recruiting Assistant to Matchmaker (Part-Time)
We are looking for a well-connected, experienced and an excellent communicator/negotiator to join our team. This role is a blend between marketing/pr, recruiting and traditional admin..
In this position, you will:
+ Work directly for the CEO as an executive assistant;
+ Interface with clients by e-mail and/or telephone;
+ Assist with managing and recruiting for various clients;
+ Provide the highest quality customer service to both new and existing clients;
+ Market clients to potential matches;
+ Attend high-profile networking events.
This is a part-time paid position with a minimum of 20 hours per week. This position can lead to a full-time paid position for the right person. Pay rate is $18 per hour. If hired, candidate must pass a background check.
+ College student or graduate or at least 3 years previous marketing, PR, recruiting or administrative experience;
+ Familiarity with the African-American or Hispanic/Latin cultures a plus although not a requirement;
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Skype, Slack, and Asana;
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and correspond with high profile clientele;
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize and handle multiple clients; and
+ Have a reliable laptop and ability to work flexible hours including nights and/or weekends.
